    Very good views of the bittern off Kirkholme Point on 20th. Seen to catch a foot long pike and spend five minutes wrestling with the fish until it dragged it away from the waters edge and swallowed it. As it stretched it’s neck the whole of the birds chest could be seen moving as the fish kept fighting on its way down. Top sight!
