The wind picked up from late morning, coming from an easterly quater which produced some interesting birds along the coast including a good movement of Pink-feet, a flock of 57 moving south over the Mere late afternoon. Also of note were the 3 Red-crested Pochard, 1 Wood and 1 Green Sandpiper, 4 Ruff, 50 Little Gulls and the juvenile Med. Gull which reappeared off Kirkholme Point.
